Our Services
Vineyard Ventures offers private, personalised tours in Cape Town, the Western Cape, and selected Southern African destinations.
All tours are subject to availability.
Pricing & Payment
- Pricing will be confirmed in your quotation.
- Payment terms will be outlined at the time of booking.
- Prices may change due to seasonal rates, supplier fees, or availability.
No booking is considered confirmed until payment is received.
Cancellations & Refunds
Client Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the tour may be refunded, excluding any non-refundable supplier fees.
- Cancellations within 14 days may not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations by Vineyard Ventures
We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
We will offer:
- A rescheduled date, or
- A refund (minus any non-refundable supplier payments)
Changes to Itineraries
Itineraries may change due to weather, supplier availability, or operational requirements.
We will always try to offer alternatives of equal value.
Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, Vineyard Ventures is not liable for:
- Loss, injury, illness, or damage arising from activities undertaken during the tour
- Delays or disruptions caused by weather, traffic, or third-party suppliers
- Personal belongings left unattended
Guests participate at their own risk.
We recommend that all travellers have personal travel and medical insurance.
Transport & Safety
All transport is provided by licensed, accredited drivers.
Guests must follow tour guide instructions for their own safety.

You agree not to use our site for illegal or harmful purposes.
